Community Choice Aggregation

Many Capital District municipalities are teaming up to form a Community Choice Aggregation (CCA). CCA allows municipalities to buy clean, affordable electricity in bulk on behalf of their residents and small businesses. Bethlehem Tomorrow was an early proponent of the Town of Bethlehem joining the regional CCA, and engaged in numerous outreach and education activities in town, and we continue to remain engaged.
